Lisa Nupp is the Founder and President of Fortis Executive Search, Inc. Over the last decade, she has accumulated extensive executive search experience.  Prior to launching Fortis Executive Search, Lisa worked with a large executive search firm where she successfully placed senior level executives on a national scale.

Playing an integral part in the growth of many nationally known companies, Lisa has assisted in building strong, cohesive teams.  Her professionalism, diligence, ethics and integrity have earned her the respect of many of the top leaders in the business world.

Lisa's success is attributed to her commitment of excellence to clients as well as candidates.  The strong partnerships that she develops enables her to have a thorough understanding of the needs of the organization as well as an in depth knowledge of the corporate culture.

Fortis Executive Search, Inc. was formed by Lisa to create a firm she envisioned would offer specialized services to her clients and candidates.

Lisa has received numerous honors based on her achievements as a top performer and was awarded a national recruiting firm's coveted Outstanding Recruiter of the Year Award several times during her tenure. 

She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
