Client Services | Search Process | Service Options
To provide you with the highest level of service, Fortis Executive Search, Inc. offers several service options based on the client’s specific recruitment needs.
Contingency Search:
- No financial commitment is required to initiate the search.
- The service charge for "Contingency Search" is ##% of the candidate’s first year income.
- The service charge is due upon hiring of the candidate and due within 10 days of start date.
- Candidates will be referenced after an interview is scheduled.
- 30 day Replacement Guarantee.
Priority Search:
- You are given exclusivity to all candidates presented to you, which means we will not present them to another client company until you deem you are not interested in them.
- Candidates will be referenced after an interview is scheduled.
- The service charge for the "Priority Search" is ##% of the candidate’s first year income and is paid in full as follows:
- 15% of fee required upon commencement of the search contract.
- The balance is due upon hiring of the candidate and due within 10 days of start date.
- 90 day Replacement Guarantee
Retained Search:
- Retained Search allows us to work exclusively on your assignment.
- Exclusivity of candidates just as in "Priority Search".
- Candidates presented will be referenced prior to presenting
- The service charge of the "Retained Search" is ##% of the candidate’s first years income, and is paid as follows:
- 1/3 of the total estimated fee is paid up front to bind the contract.
- The second 1/3 is paid at time of first candidate interview.
- The balance is due upon hiring of the candidate and due within 10 days of start date.
- Six month Replacement Guarantee
